On April 14, 2025, Diamond Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company (DTS GROUP) was honored to be invited by the Nam Dinh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to attend and share insights at a training conference on Science and Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation in the Culture, Sports and Tourism sector.
The event was held to implement the policies and strategic directions of the Party and the Government on advancing science and technology, fostering innovation, and promoting national digital transformation. It also aimed to equip officials, civil servants, and public employees working in the fields of culture, sports, and tourism across Nam Dinh Province with the knowledge and practical skills needed to effectively apply digital technologies in their professional activities.
DTS GROUP Shares AI Solutions to Enhance Workplace Efficiency, at the conference, Mr. Tran Tat Thanh, Director of DTS GROUP, personally introduced and provided practical guidance on using virtual assistant software and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to support the daily work of officials, civil servants, and public employees in the Culture, Sports and Tourism sector. The presentation focused on practical ways to leverage AI tools for routine tasks, including drafting and processing documents; searching, consolidating, and analyzing information; improving productivity through AI assistants; and applying digital technologies to management, administration, and public services. Through practical demonstrations and hands-on guidance, DTS GROUP aimed to help officials gain access to modern, easy-to-deploy technology solutions that can be readily integrated into their day-to-day work.
